Prior to joining Guozun, Attorney Jiang served as a Partner at Zhejiang Zicheng Law Firm and as the Secretary of the Party Branch at Zhejiang Xiuzhou Law Firm. Throughout her legal career, she has accumulated extensive litigation experience, particularly in the fields of civil and commercial law, as well as criminal law. Concurrently, she provides non-litigation legal services to government agencies and enterprises; her past roles include serving as the Resident Attorney for the Emergency Management Bureau of Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City, and as Legal Counsel for Xinwangqiao Village in Honghe Town, Xiuzhou District. ▪ Represented Jiaxing Weichuang Aerosol Co., Ltd. in an administrative lawsuit against the Administrative Approval Bureau of Nanhu District, Jiaxing City; acting as counsel for Weichuang Aerosol, successfully secured the revocation of a decision to deny a permit and obtained the issuance of the license for the company. ▪ Represented the Emergency Management Bureau of Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City, in an administrative lawsuit filed by Jiaxing Hongyue Electronics Co., Ltd.; acting as counsel for the Bureau, successfully secured the dismissal of the company's administrative claim. ▪ Represented Huzhou Fuxing Real Estate Co., Ltd. in a dispute with Zhejiang Hongxiang Construction Group Co., Ltd.; acting as counsel for Fuxing Real Estate, successfully secured the dismissal of Hongxiang's claim for construction payments exceeding 30 million RMB. ▪ Represented Chen Wenzhong, Zhou Lingli, and others in a lawsuit against Zhejiang Longrun Real Estate Co., Ltd.; acting as counsel for the plaintiffs, successfully secured a favorable judgment regarding claims for property title transfers and related matters. ▪ Served as defense counsel for Mr. Li in a case involving the crime of bribing non-state functionaries; the case was subsequently dropped, and no prosecution was initiated. ▪ Served as defense counsel for Mr. Lü in a case involving the crime of selling goods bearing counterfeit registered trademarks; the case was subsequently dropped, and no prosecution was initiated. ▪ Served as defense counsel for Mr. Tao in a case involving the crime of assisting in information network criminal activities; the case was subsequently withdrawn.
