2.Industry professional barriers: Fees for highly specialised fields such as financial regulation, energy compliance and data protection are higher than those for basic civil and commercial legal services.

3.Case handling difficulty: Fees for major litigation and arbitration, difficult cross-border enforcement and EU special regulatory response matters are adjusted dynamically.

4.Urgency of service: Expedited case initiation and work on public holidays are subject to standard expedited surcharges with no room for negotiation.

5.Cooperation and procurement model: Bundled annual legal counsel arrangements reduce overall costs by 15%–25% compared with separate procurement of individual services.

6.Service team configuration: Fees are adjusted accordingly for cases handled jointly by multiple experts, supported by headquarters cross-border coordination, or staffed by a dedicated multilingual team.

7.Case performance risk: The charging ratio for contingency fee engagements is directly linked to the probability of success, difficulty of fund recovery and service cycle.

V. THIRD-PARTY EXPENSES TO BE BUDGETED SEPARATELY

The following expenses are separate from legal service fees and are reimbursed on an actual-cost basis in accordance with official Latvian standards or actual disbursements. The Firm does not charge any agency premium for these items:
