1. Provide professional legal advisory services to various shipping companies, ship agencies, freight forwarding firms, or other enterprises involved in maritime transport. 2. Review the terms and conditions of maritime contracts, bills of lading, and charter parties, and issue legal opinions thereon. 3. Represent cargo owners, carriers, or other interested parties in applying for the preservation of maritime claims—including applications for injunctions, ship arrest and auction, and the preservation of evidence. 4. Handle disputes related to marine insurance (cargo insurance and hull insurance); assist insured parties or other stakeholders in filing claims against insurers or contributing parties; and represent shipowners and insurers in filing claims against third parties. 5. Conduct litigation in maritime and commercial matters, and resolve legal disputes involving bills of lading, contracts for the carriage of goods by sea, ship charter agreements, and freight forwarding contracts. 6. Act on behalf of clients to apply for the compulsory enforcement of judgments and awards.
